仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折28例

摘　　要：目的观察和研究仙灵骨葆胶囊对于骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的治疗效果。方法选取2014年1月—12月收治的诊断为骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者56例,将其随机分为对照组28例,观察组28例,分别给予对照组常规治疗,给予观察组仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,对两组患者疗效进行分析、评价,并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果对照组与观察组相比,观察组总有效率为92.86%(26/28),显著高于对照组的60.71%(17/28),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仙灵骨葆胶囊对于骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的治果效果显著,值得在临床上进一步推广、应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xianling Gubao capsule in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures.Methods Selecting 56 cases of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures from January 2014 to December 2014, they were divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 28 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment. The observation group was given Xianling Gubao capsule. The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%（26/28） which was significantly higher than 60.71%（17/28） of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xianling Gubao capsule in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures has significant effect, and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
