中药注射液联合血液透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭患者32例

摘　　要：目的讨论黄芪注射液、舒血宁联合血液透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法将我院2014年1月—2014年12月收治的64例急性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为实验组和对照组各32例,除对实验组32例患者进行常规治疗外,还要在此基础上加用中药制剂黄芪注射液及舒血宁作为辅助治疗。而对比组32例患者仅为常规治疗,常规治疗包括血液透析、饮食治疗、维持日常水和电解质平衡。结果通过比较实验组和对照组临床疗效和治疗前后患者肾功能指标的变化发现,实验组患者的治愈率为84.38%,而对比组患者的治愈率为56.25%,并且通过治疗后,加用左卡尼汀的实验组患者肾功能改善情况要明显优于对比组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药制剂黄芪注射液及舒血宁联合血液透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭疗效显著,值得在临床中推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Astragalus injection and Shuxuening combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of acute renal failure. Methods 64 cases of patients with acute renal failure in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were randomly divided into experimental and control group, and each group had 32 cases. In addition to the conventional treatment, the experimental group used Chinese medicine Astragalus injection and Shuxuening as adjuvant therapy. The control group only used conventional treatment, which included hemodialysis, diet therapy and maintaining the balance of daily water and electrolyte. Results Through comparing with the clinical effect and renal function parameters before and after the treatment, the cure rate of the experimental group and the control group was 84.38% and 56.25%, respectively. Through applying carnitine, the improvement of renal function of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine Astragalus injection and Shuxuening combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of acute renal failure had significant effect, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
