木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效。方法随即将60例糖尿病合并周围血管病变患者分为对照组和观察组,在糖尿病常规治疗基础上,对照组给予甲钴胺口服治疗,观察组给予木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺口服治疗,治疗8周,分别于治疗第0、4、8周观察患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯以及全血粘度改变,同时根据患者临床症状对其疗效进行评价。结果治疗8周后,与对照组比较,观察组患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯以及全血粘度明显下降(P<0.01),肢端感觉异常、疼痛、麻木等症状明显减轻(P<0.01),总有效率明显增高(P<0.01)。结论木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mudan granules combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods 60 cases of patients with DPN were randomly divided into control group（ n=30） and observation group（n=30）. On the basis of conventional treatment of diabetes, the control group was treated with mecobalamin. The observation group was treated with Mudan granules and mecobalamin. They were treated for 8 weeks. The serum TC, TG and changes of whole blood viscosity at0, 4 and 8 weeks were observed, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the clinical syndrome. Results After 8 weeks, the serum TC, TG and changes of whole blood viscosity of the observation group decreased obviously（ P〈0.01）. Acra paresthesia, pain and numbness symptoms of the observation group improved obviously（ P〈0.01）, and the total effective rate of the observation group significantly increased（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Mudan granules and mecobalamin in the treatment of DPN had definite effect, and was worthy of popularization and application.
