浅谈中脘穴的芒针疗法

摘　　要：中脘穴为胃之募穴,八会穴之腑会,手太阳、少阳、足阳明与任脉之交会穴。具有理气和胃、温中健脾、利湿化痰、消食导滞、理气活血、扶正祛邪等功效,临床应用广泛。笔者查阅近年来有关中脘穴及中脘穴芒针疗法的文献,对其功能、主治、解剖、现代研究及临床应用进展进行介绍。认为芒针深刺中脘穴可将体表经气直接引入脏腑,增强气血循环,激发胃气,补益后天之本,进而提升疗效。并指出芒针深刺中脘穴的临床价值有待进一步挖掘。Zhongwan（RN12） is the mu-front acupoint of the stomach, influential point of fu-organs among the eight influential points,crossing point of hand-taiyang, shaoyang, foot-yangming and ren channel. It is widely applied in clinical with the functions of regulating qi-flowing and harmonizing stomach, warming the middle-jiao and strengthening the spleen, removing dampness and eliminating phlegm,promoting digestion and purgation, regulating qi and promoting blood circulation and strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor.The author referred to literatures about Zhongwan（RN12） and elongated needle therapy, and introduced the function, indications, anatomy,modern research and progress of its clinical application. Elongated needle therapy on Zhongwan（RN12） can introduce the surface qi into the viscera, enhance blood circulation, stimulate the stomach qi and supply the source of acquired constitution, thus improving curative effects. And the clinical application of elongated needle therapy on Zhongwan（RN12） often needs to further exploration.
