中西医结合护理白血病化疗静脉炎的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合方法对白血病化疗患者静脉炎的临床护理疗效。方法对收治的49例白血病化疗病人静脉炎患者的病例进行分析,使用硫酸镁、大黄加工成粉末湿敷。结果 49例患者静脉炎得到了有效控制,输液处局部红肿、条索状血管逐渐变软,疼痛逐渐消失,血管弹性恢复。结论采用中西结合方法对静脉炎治疗有效,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of integrated medicine clinical nursing for phlebitis of patients with leukemia chemotherapy. Methods 49 cases of phlebitis patients with leukemia chemotherapy were analyzed. The magnesium sulfate and rhubarb root and rhizome were processed into powder, and used to wet compress. Results The situation of 49 cases of phlebitis patients had been effectively controlled, local swelling and blood vessels gradually became soft, the pain gradually disappeared, and elasticity of blood ves-sels were recovered. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of phlebitis had effect, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
