摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对脑梗死患者的影响。方法选取2013年8月至2014年7月在河北省中医院接受治疗的脑梗死患者84例为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用优质护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果经相应护理后,观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者实施优质护理临床效果明显,使患者早日康复,提高其护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From August 2013 to July 2014,84 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission,42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the study group was treated with high quality nursing care,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After corresponding nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of quality care in patients with cerebral infarction clinical effect is obvious,can make patients recover,improve nursing satisfaction.
