摘  要:针对生物质成型燃料燃烧特性及现有生物质锅炉炉膛温度高、排烟温度较高、热损失大等问题,通过优化设计和试验研制出适合生物质成型燃料燃烧的专用链条锅炉,锅炉为单锅筒纵置式布置,采用倒U型后拱炉膛结构及独特的二次风设计,锅筒内布置高效螺纹烟管.试验得出,锅炉的燃烧效率达94.88%,热效率达80.07%,锅炉排烟中CO、NOx、SO2、烟尘含量分别为395×10-6、147×10-6、52×10-6、28.9 mg/m3,表明锅炉的燃烧效率、热效率较高,锅炉消烟除尘性能较好,排烟中的烟尘、氮氧化物及SO2含量低,符合国家锅炉的污染物排放标准要求.According to the specialty of biomass briquette combustion and the existing problems of biomass boiler,the special chain boiler which applies biomass briquette is designed and made through the optimization andperformance test. The boiler has the furnace with inverted U-shaped rear arch and special design of secondary air.This design makes the chain grate and the furnace fit properly. The screw smoke tube in the drum which strengthensthe effect of convection heat transfer could raise the heat efficiency of this boiler. The new type waterfilm collectordecreases the discharge quantity of atmospheric pollution in the exhaust gas in order to achieve the nationalstandard. The test results show that the combustion efficiency of this boiler reaches 94.88%,the heat efficiencyreaches 80.07%. The content of CO in the exhaust gas is 395×10^-6,the content of NOx is 147×10^-6,the content ofSO2 is 52×10^- 6,the content of smoke dust is 28.9 mg/m^3. The results manifest that the combustion efficiency andheat efficiency of this boiler are higher,the boiler has powerful function of smoke removing,the contents of smokedust,nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide in the exhaust gas are low enough to achieve the national standard.
