摘 要:目的:探讨基于多元文化护理理论的健康教育对冠脉搭桥术患者的影响。方法:选取68例首次冠脉搭桥术后患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各34例,两组均接受常规健康教育,实验组在此基础上接受基于多元文化护理理论的健康教育,6个月后评价患者自我管理行为和生活质量改变情况。结果:干预6个月后,实验组自我管理行为总分高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组生活质量各项得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以多元文化护理理论为指导的健康教育能提高冠脉搭桥术患者的自我管理行为,对改善患者生活方式和提高患者术后生活质量具有重要意义。Objective: To explore the effect of health education based on the theory of multicultural nursing in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting( CABG). Methods: 68 patients who had the first coronary artery bypass grafting were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group( 34 cases in each group). The patients in both groups received conventional health education; the patients in the experimental group were given extra health education based on the theory of multicultural nursing. The self- management behavior and quality of life of the patients were evaluated after 6 months of health education. Results: The total score of self- management behavior in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group after intervention for 6 months( P 0. 05); the score of each item of quality of life of the patients was higher in the experimental group than the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The health education based on the theory of multicultural nursing can improve the self- management behavior of patients with CABG,which is of great significance to improve the life style and quality of life of the patients.
