摘　　要：为了研究腹泻对仔猪血清生化指标的影响,本试验采集了20头腹泻仔猪（7-8日龄）和10头健康仔猪（与腹泻仔猪同日龄、同性别）的粪便和血清。荧光定量PCR法对粪便进行病原学检测,对采集的血清用血生化分析仪进行检测,并利用主成分分析法对其结果进行分析。结果,（1）20头腹泻仔猪粪便的猪流行病腹泻病毒检测结果均为阳性。（2）十二项血清生化指标被转化成了综合性更强的4个主成分,根据这4个主成分进行的聚类分析的结果和临床采集样品的分类结果一致。（3）腹泻仔猪的血清球蛋白、尿素和肌酐水平显著升高（P〈0.05）。结果表明,由猪流行性腹泻病毒引发的腹泻,可能导致仔猪体内的蛋白质代谢紊乱、肝脏和肾脏的机能受损。To study the effects of diarrheal piglets on blood biochemical indexes.The thirty piglets of dung and serum were collected from clinic,including twenty diarrheal piglets and ten healthy piglet.The piglets with the same-sex were all 7or 8-day-age.The feces were detected using virus detection kits.Meanwhile the serums were detected using biochemical analyzer,then the obtained dates were analyzed using principal component analysis.The all feces of diarrheal piglets were tested positive for porcine epidemic diarrhea virus.The twelve serum biochemical indexes were transformed into four comprehensively principal components,and the classified result of the cluster analysis was similar to clinical classification.The levels of globulin,urea and creatinine in serum of diarrheal piglets were increased significantly（P〈0.05）.The functions of protein metabolism,liver and kidneys may be impaired in diarrheal piglets caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus.
