摘 要:采用含有镁铝尖晶石的碳复合耐火材料作为钢铁连铸用整体塞棒的棒身材质,研究了其对中间包覆盖剂的抗侵蚀性能,分析了耐侵蚀机理。结果表明,镁铝尖晶石与熔融中间包覆盖剂反应生成CaMgSiO_4,封闭部分气孔,阻止熔融覆盖剂的渗透,是塞棒棒身耐侵蚀性增强的原因。开发出性能优良的高耐蚀性整体塞棒,对其工业化应用的效果进行了评价。Refractory containing MgAl2O4 and graphite was employed as the body of monoblock stopper for continuous casting of steel. Corrosion resistance of the composite refractory against tundish powder was investigated and the mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that CaMgSiO, was formed in the refractory due to reaction of MgAl2O4 with tundish powder at high temperatures, which prevented the infiltration of molten tundish powder into stopper body and caused remarkable increases of corrosion resistance. Stoppers of high corrosion resistance were developed and their industry application was evaluated.
