摘　　要：上海是国家历史文化名城,已建立"点线面"相结合的风貌保护体系。但在风貌保护体系以外,上海还存在相当数量的风貌特色和历史价值较佳的历史街坊、历史建筑亟需保护。为了进一步完善上海风貌保护体系,上海于2013年组织开展"历史文化风貌保护对象扩大深化研究",目标是将中心城浦西风貌区之外具有风貌保护价值的历史建筑、历史街区尽可能纳入风貌保护体系,使之得到有效的保护和发展。研究系统介绍了该项工作开展的研究基础和范围对象,分析了相关工作开展的方法框架和标准原则,最终得出了134条推荐风貌保护街坊、20条推荐风貌保护道路的研究成果,并对未来保护工作的发展方向提出了一定设想。Shanghai is a national famous historical and cultural city, and it has established a throe-level historical conservation system. However, there are still lots of histolical streets, blocks and buildings without legal protection status. In 2013, Shanghai Municipal Bureau for Urban Planning and Land Resources Administration launched ＇the Deepening and Expansive Research of Preservation Objects and Scope for Conservation Areas in Shanghai＇. The goal of the research is to incorporate the historical and cultural neighborhoods and buildings into the legal protection system based on the overall investigations of Shanghai central city, Puxi area. This article systematically introduces the foundation and methods of the research, analyzing the framework, standard and principles of it, listing the recommended names of 134 hislolical blocks, 20 historical streets and linally proposes some suggestions on how to improve the preservation task.
