摘　　要：历史文化街区的遗产价值由物质文化遗产与非物质文化遗产的共同构成,两个典型案例不仅对于具有历史性的物质文化遗产进行了有效保存,而且突出地兼顾了在非物质文化遗产及人文社区精神的延续。究其因果,公众自发性保护力量于其中占有很大比例。试图通过解析历史保护过程中公众自发的民间力量,揭示其背后的运行机制、模式、体系,探索自发性保护机制的发生原理与环境,为以"自下而上"为基本模式的保护方式做基础,同时强调保护主客观之间的二元辩证关系,为当下历史保护的困境找寻有力的突破点。The heritage value of a historic conservation area is a combination of tangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage. Two cases in this paper not only illustrate effective protection on tangible cultural heritage, but also highlight continuation on intangible cultural heritage and humanistic spirit. A fundamental reason for the success of these two cases is the power of folks. Through the analysis during historic preservation processes, this paper attempts to reveal the underlying operating mechanism,to explore the principle and environment of the mechanism, and to protect the dual dialectical relationship between objective and subjective. Thus, this paper helps to found a bottom-up model and to seek a breakthrough for the plight of historical preservation.
