药食两用植物马齿苋的化学成分研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,随着人们对天然产物的研究逐渐扩展和深入,作为药食两用植物的马齿苋引起了许多研究者的关注,人们对马齿苋及其化学成分进行了广泛的研究.本文对马齿苋化学成分的提取方法,及其药效成分在抗氧化、免疫调节、清热解毒、凉血止血以及抑菌等方面的功能研究进行综述,以进一步促进马齿苋的应用研究与开发利用.Purslane as a medicine and edible plant has been received abroad attention in recent years with the increasing in- depth research on natural products,and people have made extensive studies on it as well as its chemical components. This paper reviews the studies on the extraction methods of its chemical components,the functions of its medical ingredients in anti- oxidation,immune regulation,detoxification,cooling blood,hemostasis and antibacterial aspects in order to promote the development of purslane.
