摘　　要：就业观教育是高校毕业生思想政治教育工作的重要内容。通过课堂理论教育和社会实践教育等手段,对高校毕业生实行阶段性教育,彻底激发高校毕业生在思想政治教育工作中的主观意识,并基于当前的社会就业形势,充分发挥学校和社会的教育力量和教育影响,加强对高校毕业生的就业思想教育指导工作,为高校毕业生创造良好的思想政治教育平台。Education of employment outlook is an important part of ideological and political education for university graduates. It is carried out with periodical education through theory teaching in classroom and social practice to stimulate graduates' subjective consciousness. Based on current situation of social employment,university should give full play to the educational power and influence from itself and society,strengthen employment guidance and create a good platform of ideological and political education for students.
