三联疗法治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂10例临床研究

摘　　要：观察及评估经肛门柱状缝合、直肠黏膜下点状注射及直肠周围间隙注射、肛门紧缩术三联疗法治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的临床效果。方法:应用经肛门柱状缝合、直肠黏膜下点状注射及直肠周围问隙注射、肛门紧缩术三联疗法治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂10例,观察疗效。结果:10例患者治愈9例,好转1例,治愈率90%,总有效率100%,平均住院时问9天,疗效满意。结论:经肛门柱状缝合、直肠黏膜下点状注射及直肠周围间隙注射、肛门紧缩术三联疗法治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂安全、有效、简便、省时、经济,不失为治疗直肠脱垂的一种有效治疗方法,其疗效肯定。Objective :To observe and evaluate the columnar suture through the anus, rectum and around the injection point gap injection, anus tightening surgery triple therapy II,Ⅲ of the clinical effect of rectal prolapse rectal mucosa. Methods:columnar suture through the anus and lower rectum and rectal mucosa dotted around the injection gap injection, anus tightening surgery triple therapy II, Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse, 10 cases were observed. Results: 10 patients,9 cases were cured, improved in one case,the cure rate is 90% ,the total efficiency of 100% ,the average hospital stay was nine days, were satisfactory. Conclusion:columnar suture through the anus and rectum submucosal injection point and injection space around the rectum, anus tightening surgery triple therapy II, Ⅲ rectal prolapse of safe, effective, convenient, time - saving, economic, after a treatment of rectal prolapse effec- tive treatment species,its positive effect.
