摘　　要：调查生活辅助具在自我护理障碍介助老人中的使用情况,探讨推广生活辅助具的方法。方法:对长沙市8家医疗或养老机构符合纳入标准的80例对象采用问卷调查法,并对结果进行描述性统计。结果:生活辅助具使用率低下;医护人员对生活辅助具的介绍及推广不够;介助老人对生活辅助具的需求迫切。结论:为实现介助老人生活自理或独立生活,提高生活质量,应积极推广,科学开发。Objective:To investigate the using status about living assistive device in the devic -aided elderly, and explore the methods of promo tion living assistive device. Methods: 80 patients met the inclusion criteria from 8 medical or nuesing institutions of Changsha City was investigated with questionnaire method, then the results was descriptive statistics. Results: The living assistive device with low utilization, and the medical or care person nel' s introduction and promotion are not enough, but the requirement of the devic - aided elderly are urgent. Conelusion: In order to realize the devie - aided elderly self- care or independent life ,improve the quality of life,we shoud actively promote the using of living assistive device, and develop more new tools.
