摘　　要：评价3种不同内固定方法治疗高龄股骨转子闻骨折的临床效果。探讨高龄转子问骨折手术方式的选择方案。方法:对48例老年股骨粗隆间骨折,按Evans分型分组选择3种不同的手术方式,对手术中情况及手术前、后x线变化情况及临床结果进行评定。结果:本组病例术后随访1—2年,一般8—12周骨折临床愈合,根据Merle D Aubigne评分标准:优40例,良4例,可4例,优良率91.7%。结论:老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法很多,具体应根据病人的病情,骨折类型做出相应的选择。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of 3 different internal fixation methods in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral inter- trochanteric fractures. Discussion on the choice of surgical methods for aged intertroehanteric fracture. Methods:48 cases of elderly femoral intertrochan- teric fracture, grouped by type Evans points choose three kinds of different ways of operation, the operation conditions and X - ray changes before and af- ter operation and clinical results were assessed. Results:The patients in this group were followed up for 1 -2 years, the clinical healing of the general 8 -12 weeks, according to the D Aubigne Merle scoring criteria: excellent in 40 cases, good in 4 cases, 4 cases were generally, the fine rate was 91.7 %. Conclusion:The surgical method of the old femoral intertrochanteric fracture is a lot of methods, should be based on the patient's condition.
