消化科护理组评比与责任护士绩效挂钩的探索

摘　　要：通过对护理组组与组之间的病员满意度、护理工作量进行评比,对提高病员满意度,各组员之间工作积极性提供有力的动力。方法:通过全科护理组分组,每组各年资护士相均等,分为三个责任组,每个责任组有一名组长。每月对病员发放住院患者满意度调查及出院电话回访相结合的方式经行回收、比较、分析。各组的工作量是指各组每月出院病员人总数、危重病员总数、每月护理组组员之间病员表扬信进行统计公示。结果:增强了责任护士的竞争意识,能针对本组存在的薄弱环节经行分析、整改。由被动服务变为主动服务,能积极主动为病员提供相应的帮助和指导,提高了病员的满意度。同时各组员之间的团体意识也增强了,工作积极性也提高了。结论:将患者的满意度及护理组各组完成的工作量与绩效挂钩,不光提高了病员满意度,同时也提高各组员之间工作积极性,同时也提高了各组组长的质控意识,无形之间还提高了科室各组员之间分析问题解决问题的能力。Objective:Through the patient's care team in each group between satisfaction and nursing workload comparison,to improve patient satisfaction, mobilization of enthusiasm among members to provide strong impetus. Methods: grouping by sections of the nursing group, responsibility is divided into three groups. There is a responsibility of each responsible group leader. Workload of each group including the total pa- tient group was discharged a month, the total number of critically ill patient, the monthly income of each patient testimonials care group statistics publici- ty. Results: The responsibility of nurses increased sense of competition, but also for the weak links of the group for analysis by rectification. From passive service to active service, we can actively offer help and guidance to the patient and improve patient satisfaction. At the same sense of community between the various members also increased, enthusiasm for work also increased. Conclusion:The patients' satisfaction and the workload of nursing group were linked to performance, Not only improve the patient satisfaction and among team members work enthusiasm, but also improves the ability of each group leader management, quality control. And improve the ability of analyzing and resolving problems of the department each team members.
