中药治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：观察中药养阴清热方治疗放射性口咽黏膜炎的疗效。方法:67例放射性口咽粘膜炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组33例采用西药消炎镇痛合荆漱口;治疗组34例在上述治疗基础上,采用以滋阴生津、清热解毒为治则组成的基本方含服。观察放疗期间口腔黏膜炎的发生时机及程度。结果:治疗组总有效率92%,西药组总有效率63%,差异显著,P〈O.05。结论:中药养阴清热方治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎。减轻放射性口腔黏膜的损伤,优于单纯西药组西药消炎镇痛合剂,值得临床进一步研究推广。Objective:To observe the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Yang Y in Wing Re Formula treatment the curative ellect ot radioactwe oropharyngeal mucosal inflammation.
