北京市某郊区民营医院现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：目的:分析北京市某郊区的民营医院发展现状,探讨该郊区民营医院发展对策。方法:根据2013年北京市《医疗卫生机构年报表》及定性访谈结果,分析某郊区民营医院基本情况、规模、人力资源、医疗服务与经营等情况及存在的问题,通过问卷调查了解当地居民对民营医院的满意度与信任度。结果:该区民营医院规模偏小、专科特色不强、区域分布不均衡、发展状况不如公立医院,居民对民营医院的满意度及信任度不及其他类型的医疗机构。结论:应以多种方式引导社会资本投资高精尖大型医院,完善区域资源配置,根据区域人群疾病谱,发挥民营医院专科特色,建议取消医务人员事业编制以促进医疗人才的流动,加强监管以规范民营医院医疗行为,提高群众对民营医院的满意度与信任度,为民营医院发展创造平等的政策环境。Objectives： To put forward some suggestions on private hospital development in a suburb Beijing by analyzing the development status and problems. Methods： The basic information, scale, human resource, medical service management situation and problems of private hospitals based on 2013 Beijing health authorities report were analyzed. The local resident＇s satisfaction and trust about private hospital were learned by questionnaires. Results： It shows that a series of problems such as small scale, ambiguous targeting, imbalance distribution, low medical care capacity and low resident trust were existed in private hospital. Conclusions： It is considered that Guiding the social capital to invest advanced large hospital in many ways in order to improve the regional resource configuration, Establishing special characteristics according to the disease spectrum, Abolishing the Career preparation of medical staf to promote the medical talent flow, Enhancing regulations to regulate medical behavior in private hospitals and improve patient satisfaction and trust to improve private hospital development.
