摘　　要：本文着重探讨了油气资源型城市南充化学工业园循环经济产业发展定位、发展战略、建设方案及若干建议,为油气资源型城市循环经济科学发展及我国油气城市创新转型、可持续发展工作提供重要决策依据。This paper mainly discusses the orientations ,strategies ,construction schemes and some recommendations of the development of circular economy for oil and gas resources city ,Nanchong ,so as to provide the important references for deci-sion making to the task of its scientific development ,its innovation transformation and sustainable development .
