摘　　要：文章对国内外TOD社区建设的经验进行总结,针对TOD社区建设中存在的问题,提出基于漫生活理念的TOD社区营造的五大要素,即复合的社区中心、活力的漫生活街道、便捷的社区公交、强烈的社区归属感和开放的文化漫轴;同时,指出"站点到家的最后1公里街道生活"是TOD社区的营造重点,需要充分挖掘社区街道的生活价值、文化价值和环境价值,从而打造生活多彩、服务完善、交通便捷,且具有归属感和认同感的TOD社区。The paper reviews TOD community development experience, puts forwards the fi ve elements of vitality life based TOD community creation： integrated community center, vitality life street, convenient transit, strong sense of community, and open cultural axis. The paper argues the last kilo street life is critical of TOD community. The design shall explore the values of street, culture, and environment to create a community with convenient service, transportation, and sense of belonging.
