健康城市导向下的社区规划

摘　　要：为应对城市化问题给人类健康带来的挑战,20世纪80年代学界赋予了健康城市新的内涵,并在全球展开了建设健康城市的行动。社区作为落实健康城市战略的基本单元,受到了广泛的关注。文章提出健康城市导向下的社区规划应关注满足活动需求与保护生态环境,并在此基础上提出了健康社区的评价和规划策略:以城市更新促进用地混合,提升社区经济与就业;通过合理选址与联合使用,发挥学校的社会效用;活动策划与交通组织相结合,引导健康生活方式;加强能源管理与部门协作,推进资源再利用。Healthy city has been granted with new meanings in response to urban problems since 1980 s, and as a movement it has been carried out global y. Community is the basic unit and focus in healthy city development. The paper argues community planning shall focus on activity and ecology, and puts forwards evaluation and planning strategies： mixed land use by urban renewal; enhancement of local economy and employment; full exertion of school＇s social functions; healthy life by activity organization and transportation; reuse of resource and energy by departmental collaboration.
