摘　　要：本文以国外老年建筑的发展变迁为线索,从养老政策、老年建筑建设模式等角度回顾世界各国对养老居住问题的探索历程,分析其在养老居住模式及老年居住环境建设方面的经验,探讨当前国外老年建筑的最新理念,从而为中国老年建筑的未来发展方向提供思路。This paper surveys the development of various countries＇ elderly facilities and traces their exploration of elderly care and habitation issues such as pension policies and construction modes. A careful analysis is given to their experiences in elderly care and habitation modes as well as construction of elderly living environment. Latest concepts from these countries are also discussed to provide some ideas for future directions of elderly facilities in China.
