摘  要:人工架空基盘绿化有充分利用城市空间,增加绿化面积,提高建筑物的节能效果,同时也是海绵城市建设的一种技术手段。蓄排水层是人工架空基盘绿化的重要结构层,对屋顶荷载、防水防渗、给排水系统、种植等都有直接影响。当前对蓄排水层的设计在理论方法与实践中都存在着一定的误区。根据蓄排水的设计目标,将蓄排水层分为6种不同的设计类型,对各类型的材料选择、设计要点加以论述,并详细分析自然地面以下的高填土区绿化与一般屋顶绿化的差别及设计要点。Greening on the building's top plate can make full use of urban space, increase the green area, improve the building energy-saving effect, and is also a kind of technical means of "Sponge City" construction as well. The water storage and drainage sheaf is an important structure layer of green roof, which has direct influence on the roof load, waterproof, water supply and drainage system, planting and so on. At present, there are some problems in the theory and practice of the design of this layer. Based on the objective of the design, the water storage and drainage sheaf is divided into six types. Also the material selection and design are discussed. The differences and design points of the water storage and drainage sheaf which located deeply under the ground level are analyzed in detail.
