家庭因素及个人认知对中学生非医疗目的用药的影响研究

摘　　要：目的：了解广东省中学生非医疗目的使用处方药及非处方（OTC）药的情况,及家庭因素和个人危害认知对中学生非医疗目的使用药物行为的影响。方法：采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法抽取清远、湛江、潮州及深圳4座城市的在校中学生16300名,自行设计问卷对青少年非医疗目的使用药物及家庭相关因素进行调查。结果：4.4%的中学生曾经非医疗目的使用处方药及OTC药,多因素分析结果发现家庭关系（OR=2.48,95%CI=1.64~3.75）,父母曾经非医疗目的使用药物（OR=2.25,95%CI=1.57~3.24）,及对非医疗目的用药物危害性的认知（OR=1.24,95%CI=1.02~1.50）是中学生非医疗目的使用处方药及OTC药物的危险因素。结论：广东青少年非医疗目的使用处方药物及OTC药行为发生率较高,家庭关系矛盾、父母曾经非医疗目的使用药物及对非医疗目的使用药物危害认知缺失的中学生倾向于出现非医疗目使用处方药及OTC药。Objective： To investigate the prevalence of non-medical use of prescription drug and among high school students and its relationship with family-associated factors. Methods： A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted in a cross-sectional study to collect information about non-medical use of prescription and OTC drugs among 16300 students selected from Qingyuan,Zhanjiang,Chaozhou and Shenzhen with stratified cluster randomly sampling. Results： The prevalence of non-medical use of prescription and OTC drugs reached4. 4%. Multivariate logistic regression analyses indicated that the determinants of the non-medical use of prescription and OTC drugs were family relationship（ OR = 2. 48,95% CI = 1. 64-3. 75）,parents with history of non-medical drug use（ OR = 2. 25 95% CI = 1. 57-3. 24） and harm cognitive of non-medical use of prescription and OTC drugs（ OR = 1. 24,95% CI = 1. 02-1. 50）. Conclusion：There is a high prevalence of non-medical use of prescription and OTC drugs. And students with conflictive family relationship,parents with history of non-medical drug use,or harm cognitive of non-medical use of drug at higher risk developing drugs use behavior.
