摘 要:目的:探讨测量软包装输液入量的方法,为临床出入量统计提供准确信息。方法:采用目测法、称重法、注射器抽吸法三种方法测量500m L、250m L、100m L三种容量规格的软包装输液瓶中的余液量,判断三种测量方法的准确性;同时对称重法、注射器抽吸法的操作时间进行计时,比较两者操作时间。结果:目测法与注射器抽吸法及称重法配对组间比较,余液量均具有显著差异(P<0.05);而称重法与注射器抽吸法余液量配对组间比较无显著差异(P≥0.05);操作时间比较:称重法操作时间明显短于注射器抽吸法,二者之间具有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:使用称重法测量软包装输液瓶中的液体入量具有准确、快捷和无二次污染的优点,值得临床推广。Objective: To investigate the method of measuring the quantity of liquid intake in soft packing,providing accurate information for clinic statistics of liquid intake and output. Methods: Visual observation,weighting and syringe aspiration method are used to measure the residual fluid volume in 500 ml,250ml and 100 ml capacity of specifications of the soft packing infusion bottles,and to judge the accuracy of the three measuring methods. Meanwhile,Comparing with the operation time of weighting method and syringe aspiration method by timekeeping. Results: The residual fluid volume has obvious differences( P〈0. 05) among the paired- analysis of the visual observation,weighting and syringe aspiration method. However,there was no significant difference of the residual fluid volume between the paired- comparison of the weighting and syringe aspiration method( P≥0. 05),which can provide correct information of the amount of residual fluid. The operation time of syringe aspiration method is longer than weighting obviously,that is,there was extreme difference between the two( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The application of weighting method is worth popularizing in clinical practice for its accuracy,fast and not having second pollution advantages in measuring the liquid intake in soft packing infusion bottles
