调奇经通八脉针法联合地西泮片治疗失眠18例

摘　　要：目的:观察调奇经通八脉针法联合地西泮片治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:36例失眠病患者随机分为观察组(18例)和对照组(18例),观察组予以调奇经通八脉针法联合地西泮片治疗,对照组则予以地西泮片治疗。比较两组的总有效率及治疗前后睡眠质量、催眠药物采用PSQI评分的改善情况。结果:干预后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),睡眠质量、催眠药物的PSQI评分及总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调奇经通八脉针法联合地西泮片治疗失眠疗效确切,利于提高睡眠质量和减轻副作用及成瘾性,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with eight extra meridians through regulating Diazepam Tablets treating insomnia. Methods： 36 cases of insomnia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（ 18 cases）and control group（ 18 cases）,treatment group be eight extra meridians acupuncture combined with diazepam tablets in the treatment of,the control group were given diazepam tablets in the treatment of. Observe two groups of the total efficiency before and after treatment,sleep quality,stimulating sleep drug using PSQI score improvement. Results： the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the PSQI score and the total score of sleep quality and hypnotic drugs were lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： eight modulated through meridians acupuncture combined with diazepam tablets in the treatment of insomnia,curative effect is exact,which is beneficial to improve the quality of sleep and reduce the side effects and addiction,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
