摘　　要：常规弹簧式套管刮壁器由于其在入井时刮刀体就已经张开,无法与钻、铣、磨、通井等工具同时入井作业,导致套管的刮壁作业必须在钻、铣、磨、通井等作业完成并起出管柱后才能进行。介绍了液压刮壁器的工作原理,简述了其在现场应用过程中的施工要求。通过5口井的现场应用,认为该工具的研制丰富了一体化管柱作业的内容,实现了一趟管柱可完成钻磨、刮壁、通井等作业,有效地减少了作业时间、降低了作业成本,为钻完井及修井作业提供了一种新的思路。Because of its already open at the well,the conventional spring-type casing scraper blade body can＇t simultaneously with the apparatus of drilling,milling,grinding,etc.casing scraper operation must be carried out after the completion of other processes.Working principle of the hydraulic wall scratcher is discussed,whose requirements in completion well test is illustrated.5wells are taken as example to introduce its application effect.It is thought that application of the hydraulic wall scratcher enriches the content of integrated string,which makes the string effectively reduce the operation time and operating costs through drilling and milling,casing drifting and scraping at the same time,but also provides a kind of new idea and selection for drilling,well completion and workover operation.
