摘　　要：随着致密砂岩油藏开发时间的延长,由于压裂作业等原因,油井出砂严重,采用常规的作业工艺已不能使油井正常生产。研制了陶粒充填防砂工艺和配套工具,以及低廉的携砂液体。选择某井进行试验,该工具能防止细粉砂、岩屑及固井水泥颗粒等进入井内,并且使油井正常生产。在12口井推广应用,使出砂、出岩屑的这类井恢复正常生产,效益良好。为保证濮城老油田出砂井的正常生产提供了一项新工艺。In order to completely control debris resulted from loosing rock structure,existing particles in cementing-ring,and fine-silty sand produced in producing formation,and resolve problem that the production wells can＇t normally produce fluid and need repeated work-over by adopting the common technique,the ceramsite packing sand control matching tool,device and cheaper sandcarrying fluid are developed.It is certified that the continuous producing period of the production wells is longer than that the common technique is applied,the effect of controlling fine-silty sand,debris and particles is evident after this technique is tested and inspected in the testing wells.During more than one year,this technique is applied for more than ten production wells,which can effectively controls sand and debris.The result and economical benefit are obvious,so an advanced technique is developed to effectively control sand and debris for production wells in Pucheng mature oilfield.
