摘　　要：为高效利用进口三水铝石矿资源,对一种高铁低硅三水铝石型铝土矿开展了应用技术研究,提出一条矿石常压溶出及赤泥综合利用技术路线。首先,矿石经常压溶出,由于矿石中氧化硅含量低,在溶出过程中基本不发生脱硅反应,赤泥中氧化钠含量低;溶出赤泥经过选矿,选出的高铁赤泥可用作炼铁。溶出粗液经脱硅后再种分生产氧化铝,脱硅产生的钠硅渣可并入烧结法流程,进一步回收其中的氧化铝和氧化钠;也可以单独处理或生产4A沸石。此技术方案氧化铝提取率高、综合碱耗低、赤泥排放量小,可供氧化铝生产企业参考使用。In order to utilize imported gibbsite efficiently, the gibbsite with high iron and low silicon is studied. The process starts with digestion of gibbsite under atmospheric pressure to dissolve alumina and silica. No desilication happens in this stage because of the low sodium oxide content. The red mud is separated and can be used to produce iron. After desilication the solution is seeded to produce alumina in precipitation. The sodium aluminosilicate that is produced during desilication can be used in the sinter process to recover alumina and sodium oxide. It also can be used to produce 4A zeolite. This process has several advantages such as the high alumina extraction rate, the low comprehensive alkali consumption and the low residue production. For a- lumina refineries it would be a reference.
