摘  要:研究用盐酸和双氧水溶解样品,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP—OES)法测定铝一钪合金中钪、铁、钙、铜、硅的方法。着重进行了溶解酸和酸度的选择研究,通过盐酸加入量试验,确定加入盐酸20mL溶解样品。通过干扰试验确定标准采用基体匹配,消除了铝基体对分析元素的干扰。加标回收及精密度试验表明,该方法的回收率为93.75%~110.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)为1.51%~5.13%,该测定方法与行标推荐方法测定的结果一致。该方法简便可靠,能满足当前科研与生产快速检测的需要。With hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide dissolving samples, the method of determination of Sc, Cu, Si, Fe and Ca in aluminum - scandi- um alloy by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer ( ICP - OES) is proposed. The research focuses on the type and the amount of acid dissolution. The addition of 20mL hydrochloric acid to dissolve the sample is determined by the optimum amount of hydrochloric acid test. Interference test shows that the matrix matching of standards can effectively eliminate the spectral interference of aluminum matrix. The results show that the recovery of standard addition is 93.75% ~ 110.0%, and the relative standard deviation( n = 9) is 1.51% ~ 5.13%. The results obtained by this method are consist- ent with the determination results of industry standard recommendation method. The method is simple and reliable, meeting the needs of current research and production fast detection.
