摘  要:目的 探索发育健康的6个月~3岁婴幼儿全血中锌、铜、铁、镁、钙的分布情况及规律。方法 采用便利抽样的方法选取2013年8-9月北京地区834名6个月-3岁的健康婴幼儿为研究对象,对其身高、体重和神经心理发育等情况进行评估,对符合研究对象入选标准的婴幼儿采集末梢血并进行5种矿物质水平测定,采用方差分析对5种元素的分布情况进行分析,采用Pearson相关分析法研究5种元素的相关情况。结果 不同月龄婴幼儿锌、钙和铁的浓度水平比较差异有统计学意义(F=2.73,P=0.03;F=1.74,P=0.04;F=2.36,P=0.01)。女童铁浓度(109.01±35.99μmol/L)高于男童(102.50±31.60μmol/L),且差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。5种元素相互之间呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论 6个月-3岁健康婴幼儿全血中锌、铜、铁、镁和钙的浓度在不同月龄和性别间浓度分布不同,5种元素之间呈正相关。Objective . To explore the distributions and regularity of zinc, copper, iron, magnesium, and calcium in whole blood of healthy infants aged six months to three years. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 834 healthy infants aged six months to three years in Beijing area from August to September in 2013 as study objects, body height, body weight, and neuropsychological development were evaluated, peripheral blood specimens of the infants meeting the inclusion criteria were obtained, then the levels of five elements were detected, variance analysis was used to analyze the distributions of five elements, Pearson correlation analysis was used to research the related situations of five elements. Results There were statistically significant differences in the levels of zinc, calcium, and iron among the infants in different age groups ( F= 2. 73, P= 0. 03 ; F = 1.74, P = 0. 04 ; F = 2. 36, P = 0. 01 ) ; iron concentration in gifts was ( 109.01 ±35.99) μmol/L, which was statistically significantly higher than that in boys ( 102. 50±31.60) μmol/L (P〈0. 05 ) . There were positive correlations among the five elements (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion The distributions of zinc, copper, iron, magnesium, and calcium levels in whole blood of healthy infants aged six months to three years varied among different age group and genders, there were positive cor- relations among the five elements.
