摘  要:目的建立大鼠Walker-256卵巢癌模型,观察分析该肿瘤的生长特性,探讨肿瘤模型超声及病理学表现。方法雌性SD大鼠24只,经腹部直视下将Walker-256肿瘤组织块种植在大鼠卵巢内,观察大鼠一般情况、卵巢癌模型的成模率、其他脏器转移情况及超声影像和病理形态学变化情况。结果大鼠卵巢癌成模率为100%,接种肿瘤组织14 d后,大鼠出现体重轻度增加、食欲差等体征,28 d后动物开始逐渐出现死亡;超声检查卵巢内见囊实混合回声,HE病理结果显示,卵巢内可见明显肿瘤病灶。结论采用Walker-256可成功建立大鼠卵巢癌模型,成瘤率高,该肿瘤模型的生物学行为与临床病程相似,为研究卵巢癌的治疗提供理想的动物模型。Objective To establish Walker-256 transplanted ovarian cancer rat model, observe and analyze the growth character- istics, explore the ultrasonic and pathological manifestations of this model. Methods Walker-256 tumor tissue block was transabdominally embedded into ovary of 24 female SD rats under direct vision ; the general situation, the successful rate of ovarian tumor model, metastasis of other organs, and changes of ultrasonic, pathological, and morphological changes were observed. Results The successful rate of ovarian tumor model was 100% , after 14 days of establishing model, weight of these rats increased slightly, the appetite was poor; after 28 days of establishing model, the rats began to die; ultrasonic examination found mixed echo; HE pathological examination showed obvious tumor le- sions in ovaries. Conclusion Walker-256 can successfully establish ovarian cancer rat model, the tumorigenicity is high, its biological be- haviors are similar to clinical course, which provides an ideal animal model for treating ovarian cancer.
