果酸治疗面部轻、中度寻常性痤疮疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察果酸治疗面部轻、中度寻常性痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法:74例患者,随机分为两组。治疗组:38例,用薇诺娜果酸活肤液治疗,2周1次,共治疗4次;对照组:36例,外用阿达帕林凝胶治疗,每晚1次,连用8周。治疗结束后观察疗效,末次治疗后连续随访2个月,以观察复发情况。结果:两组有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组复发率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:果酸治疗面部轻、中度寻常性痤疮是一种安全、有效、复发率低的治疗手段,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of alpha hydroxy acid for mild to moderateacne vulgaris. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups.38 cases of treatment group were treated by alpha hydroxyl acid every 14 days for four times in total,36 cases of control group treated by adapalene gel once a day for eight weeks.All the patients recieved therapy for 8 weeks continuously and had been observed to evaluate the efficacy on the eighth week of treatment. All patients were followed up for 2 months. Results The effective rates of the treatment was higher than that of the control groups.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the treatment was lower than that of the control groups.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Alpha hydroxy acid is effective,safe for acne vulgaris.
