摘　　要：针对危险化学品泄漏事故不断增多的趋势,分析了危险化学品泄漏事故发生的原因、危害、液体化学品泄漏可能带来的水域污染危害,以及国际液体化学品的特性,并提出了危险化学品泄漏事故的处置措施,以期望为从事化学品运输人员提供借鉴作用.This article from the bulk chemical leak pollution sea shipment, liquid chemicals and international trade of liquid chemicals of bulk chemical safety ocean shipping three aspects discusses in this paper, summarizes the main cargo ship bulk liquid chemicals, analyzes the leakage of liquid chemicals may lead to water pollution harm, and the characteristics of the liquid chemicals, in order to provide reference for the personnel engaged in chemical transportation.
