摘　　要：结合岸端对船舶机舱工况的实时监控管理需求,提出了一种比较实用的机舱数据采集及远程实时监控的解决方案,阐述了该方案的原理、技术框架和特点,结合在实际项目中的工程实践,简要介绍了该方案实施过程的几个关键点,研究分析了项目实施中遇到的几个主要问题,总结了项目实施管理中的经验和教训.Focuses on real-time monitoring and management needs on the shore side, research presents a more practical equipment data acquisition and remote real-time monitoring solution, elaborated the principles, technical framework and characteristics. Combined with the engineering practice in the actual project, outlined several key points of the program implementation and analyzed major problems in the project, and summed up the project management experience.
