摘 要:根据理论分析得到转子匝间短路故障会引起定子并联支路不平衡电压的结论。通过有限元分析软件Ansoft建立了一台发电机的场路耦合模型,应用此模型对正常和匝间短路故障情况进行仿真计算,得到了正常和不同故障情况下的气隙磁密曲线和定子并联支路不平衡电压曲线。对气隙磁密曲线进行频谱分析,得到其偶次谐波随故障变化的规律。对不平衡电压曲线进行频谱分析,得到其各次分量随故障变化的规律,为故障的诊断提供了有利的依据。最后,对匝间短路伴随气隙偏心故障进行仿真计算,得到复合故障下的不平衡电压曲线及其频谱分析结果,并与只发生匝间短路故障时的结果进行了比较。According to theoretical analysis, rotor inter-turn short-circuit fault will cause unbalanced voltage between the two stator parallel branches. A field-circuit coupling model of a generator was established through the finite element software Ansoft, apply this model to simulate the normal and faulty conditions, and air gap flux density curves and unbalanced voltage curves of normal and faulty conditions were got. Conduct spectral analysis to the air gap flux density curves and we could know how the even harmonics change with faulty conditions. Conduct spectral analysis to the unbalanced voltage curves and we could know how the components change with faulty conditions, which provide profitable basis for fault diagnose. At last, the faulty conditions inter-turn short-circuit coupled with air gap eccentrics were simulated, and got the unbalanced voltage curves and their spectral analysis results, and compared them with the result when only inter-turn short-circuit fault occurs.
