青藏高原驻训官兵血液学变化规律观察

摘　　要：目的:研究高原环境短期暴露对青年官兵血细胞的影响。方法:在高原驻训的官兵中随机选取301人,分别在原驻地(海拔1 500m)进驻高原前和驻训地(海拔3 300m)进驻第60天采集血样本。专人严格按照操作规程测量分析,就红细胞计数(RBC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、红细胞平均容积(MCV)、血小板平均容积(MPV)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞平均血红蛋白(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、淋巴细胞计数(LYMF)、中型细胞计数(MID)、粒细胞计数(GRAN)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、血小板压积(PCT)等15项指标进行自身前后对比分析。结果:血常规检测15个项目,高原驻训60d后与原驻地比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中RBC、HGB、MCH、MCHC、WBC、GRAN、MID、PLT显著高于原驻地,HCT、MCV、RDW、LYM、PCT、MPV、PDW显著低于原驻地。Objective：To study the effect of plateau exposure in a short term on blood cells of young officers and soldiers.Methods：A total of 301 individuals were selected randomly from the officers and soldiers trained on the plateau.Blood samples were collected in the primary station（with an altitude of1 500m）before entering into the plateau,and in the training field（with an altitude of 3 300 m）60days after entering,respectively.Fifteen indicators including red blood cell count（RBC）,white blood cell count（WBC）,platelet count（PLT）,mean erythrocyte volume（MCV）,mean platelet volume（MPV）,hemoglobin concentration（HGB）,hematocrit（HCT）,mean erythrocyte hemoglobin（MCH）,mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration（MCHC）,red cell distribution width（RDW）and lymphocyte count（LYMF）,medium-sized cell count（MID）,granulocyte count（GRAN）,platelet volume distribution width（PDW）,and thrombocytocrit（PCT）were measured and analyzed according to standard protocol.Results：Among the15 indicators of routine blood test,RBC,HGB,MCH,MCHC,WBC,GRAN,MID and PLT were significantly higher in the training field than those in the primary station（P〈0.01）,but HCT,MCV,RDW,LYM,PCT,MPV and PDW were significantly lower in the training field than those in the primary station（P0.01）.
