摘  要:目的对老年泌尿系感染患者菌群分布及耐药情况进行研究,为临床合理使用抗生素提供参考。方法整群选取该院泌尿外科138例老年感染患者细菌培养及药敏临床资料进行统计分析。结果 138例老年泌尿系感染菌群分布:革兰氏阴性杆菌检出94株占68.12%,大肠埃希菌(22.46%)、铜绿假单胞菌(18.12%)及鲍曼不动杆菌(15.22%)分居前三位,革兰氏阳性球菌检出40株占28.99%,真菌检出4株占2.90%;大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌对头孢类、氨苄西林及耐药均较为严重,亚胺培南、氨曲南、环丙沙星及左旋氧氟沙星对三种革兰氏阴性杆菌均有较好的敏感性;粪肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌万古霉素未发现耐药菌株,金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素G、苯唑西林耐药严重。结论根据药敏试验选择抗生素,合理用药于临床治疗的有效性及耐药菌株的减少有重要的临床意义。Objective To study the bacteria of urinary tract infection, to provide a reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics.Methods 138 cases of elderly urology surgery of bacterial culture and drug susceptibility in patients with clinical data for statistical analysis. Results In 138 cases of urinary tract infection pathogens: gram negative bacteria were 94 strains accounted for68.12%, Escherichia coli(22.46%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa(18.12%) and Bauman Acinetobacter(15.22%) separated the top three, gram positive cocci and 40 strains of fungi were accounted for 28.99%, detection 4 strains accounted for 2.90%; Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa to cephalosporin, ampicillin imipenem, aztreonam, ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin against three gram negative bacilli have good sensitivity; Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, vancomycin resistant strains were not found,severe Staphylococcus aureus to penicillin G, oxacillin resistance. Conclusion Select antibiotic according to antimicrobial susceptibility test. The rational use of drugs has important clinical significance to clinical treatment efficacy and reducing drug resistant strains.
