微创旋切术治疗乳腺纤维瘤应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微创旋切术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果。方法随机选择自2013年3月—2014年3月来该院进行乳腺纤维瘤治疗的患者80例,并按照患者的入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组患者40例。对照组采用放射切口治疗;而观察组采用微创旋切术治疗。比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量以及术后并发症的情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间和术中出血量均低于对照组患者,2组患者出血量及手术时间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症率(15%)明显低于对照组患者(57.5%),2组患者并发症比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用微创旋切术能有效减少患者术后并发症的出现,降低术中出血量和手术时间,同时美容效果良好,得到患者的肯定,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive rotary varicotomy in the treatment of breast adenofibroma. Methods 80 patients with breast adenofibroma treated in our hospital during March 2013 and March 2014 were divided into observation group（n=40） and control group（n=40） according to admission time. Minimally invasive rotary varicotomy and radial incision procedure were performed in the two groups respectively, between which the operation duration, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications were compared. Results Operation duration and intraoperative blood loss were less, complication rate was lower（15% vs 57.5%）, in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Minimally invasive rotary varicotomy is worthy of clinical promotion in the treatment of breast adenofibroma due to its lower complication rate, shorter operation duration, less blood loss and recognized cosmetic effect.
