厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病高血压的分析

摘　　要：目的研究在糖尿病高血压治疗中采用厄贝沙坦的治疗效果。方法将入院治疗的77例糖尿病高血压病人作为研究对象,把这些病人按随机方式划分成两组,一组为实验组,共39例病例,一组为对照组,共38例病例。在实验组治疗方面应用厄贝沙坦;在对照组治疗方面应用左旋氨氯地平。经过治疗之后,对两组病人的血压和尿蛋白变化、病人满意率、不良反应发生率等进行观察。结果实验组和对照组病人在经药物治疗1个月后,实验组患者满意率为97.44%(38/39),对照组患者的满意率为78.95%,两组之间对比有明显差异。实验组不良反应率为0%,对照组不良反应率为7.89%,实验组的不良反应明显低于对照组。结论应用厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病高血压,其疗效和不良反应均明显优于应用左旋氨氯地平,而且病人的满意率也较高,还对糖尿病高血压病人的尿蛋白而肾功能出现损害时也有调节作用,因此在临床中具有重要应用价值。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of diabetes with Maher Bbe Chatain in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 77 cases of diabetic patients with hypertension were admitted to the hospital as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group was the experimental group, a total of 39 cases, one was control group, a total of 38 cases. The treatment of irbesartan in the experimental group; in the control group treated by amlodipine. After treatment, changes of blood pressure and urine protein, satisfaction of two groups of patients, the rate of incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results the experimental group and the control group of patients after treatment for one month after the drug, the patients in the experimental group satisfaction rate was 97.44%（38/39）, the control group of patients satisfaction rate of 78.95%, the contrast between the two groups had significant difference. In experimental group, the adverse reaction rate was 0%, control group, the adverse reaction rate was 7.89%, the adverse reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion the application of irbesartan in the treatment of diabetes, hypertension, the curative effects and adverse reactions were significantly better than the application of amlodipine, and the patient＇s satisfaction rate is higher, but also the urinary protein of patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension and renal damage also have a regulatory role, therefore it has an important application val-ue in clinical practice.
