老年胃肠镜检查患者护理安全管理分析及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨老年患者进行胃肠镜检查过程中存在的护理安全问题及其相应的解决对策。方法整群选取2014年6月—2015年4月该院内镜中心进行胃肠镜检查的796例老年患者相关资料进行分析,根据不同护理方法将其分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施针对性安全护理,分析两组老年患者对护理服务的满意度及护理安全管理质量评分。结果两组护理前护理管理评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组护理评分为(92.2±8.0)分,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组385例满意,满意率为95%,显著高于对照组(满意率为83%)(P<0.05)。结论老年患者在胃肠镜检查过程中存在的护理安全问题相对较多,护士应该对老年患者进行有针对性的护理安全管理,以满足老年患者的需求,减少护理不良事件发生率,保障老年患者的安全和护理质量。Objective To study the elderly patients with stomach and nursing safety problems existing in the inspection process and its corresponding countermeasures. Methods From June 2014 to April 2015, Analyzing 796 cases of elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy in the endoscopy center, divided into two groups： the control group, which is in Conventional nursing, and the experimental group, to implement the safety of the targeted nursing, according to different methods of care, two groups were analyzed for care of elderly patients＇ satisfaction and quality of care and safety management score. Results The two groups of nursing care management score difference was not significant（P〉0.05）; the experimental group care score was（92.2±8.0） points, significantly higher（P〈0.05）; the experimental group, 385 cases of satisfaction, satisfaction rate 95%, significantly higher（satisfaction rate of 83%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Elderly patients nursing safety problems existing in the inspection process in the stomach, it should be targeted for elderly patients with nursing safety management, to meet the needs of the elderly patients, reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events, to ensure the safety and quality of elderly patients care.
