普米克令舒、万托林联合甲强龙辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探究临床上采用普米克令舒、万托林联合甲强龙辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎所取得的临床疗效及药物的安全性。方法随机选取2012年6月—2014年6月在该院住院的小儿患者120例作为研究对象,患者均经确诊为毛细支气管炎,参照随机数字表法为分组依据,对患者进行分组,分为采用常规的治疗的对照组、在常规治疗的基础上加用普米克令舒、万托林吸入治疗的治疗A组和在治疗A组治疗的基础上联合甲强龙辅助治疗的治疗B组,每组40例患者,对不同药物治疗的临床疗效及安全性进行比较。结果该研究表明,治疗B组治疗后的总有效率(92.50%)明显好于对照组(50.00%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义P<0.05),治疗A组(65.00%)与对照组(50.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿易患毛细支气管炎,采用普米克令舒、万托林联合甲强龙辅助治疗能够取得显著的临床疗效,无不良反应发生,临床价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of drugs of adjuvant therapy of pulmicort respules and ventolin combined with methylprednisolone for bronchiolitis in children. Methods 120 children treated in our hospital between June 2012 and June 2014 were selected as the research object, all of whom were diagnosed with bronchiolitis and randomly divided into control group and treatment group A, treatment group B. Patients in the control group （n=40） underwent conventional treatment, while those in the treatment A group（n=40） and treatment B group（n=40） were treated with inhalation therapy of pulmicort respules and ventolin and adjuvant therapy of pulmicort respules and ventolin combined with methylprednisolone, respectively. The clinical curative effects and safety of different drugs treatment were compared.Results The study showed there was statistically significant difference between the total efficiency of treatment group B （92.50%） which was better and that of the control group （50%） （P〈0.05）, but there was no statistically significant difference between that of the treatment group A （65%） and that of the control group （P﹥0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of drugs of adjuvant therapy of pulmicort respules and ventolin combined with methylprednisolone for bronchiolitis in children is remarkable for less adverse reactions and higher clinical value.
