复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊在溃疡性结肠炎临床治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊在溃疡性结肠炎的应用治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年10月—2014年12月在该院进行救治的120例溃疡性结肠炎患者,分为两组,实验组和对照组,两组患者各占全部患者的1/2,给予对照组患者美沙拉嗪缓释片治疗,实验组在对照组的治疗基础上结合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗,比较分析两组患者的平均治愈时间、不良反应发生例数、治疗有效率,并进行统计学比较。结果 1实验组的平均治愈时间较对照组短,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2实验组的不良反应发生例数要比对照组少,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3实验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊应用于溃疡性结肠炎的治疗中,能够使平均治愈时间减少,降低不良反应的发生率,提高治疗有效率,值得在临床工作中加大使用范围。Objective To investigate the effect of compound glutamine enteric capsules in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 120 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital between October 2013 and December 2014 were divided into two groups, experimental group （n=60） and control group （n=60）. Patients in the control group were treated with sustained-release tablets mesalazine based on which those in the experimental group were given compound glutamine enteric capsules. The average healing time, adverse events, treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared statistically. Results ①The average healing time of the experimental group was less than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. ②The occur-rence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.③The total efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound glutamine enteric capsules applied to the treatment of ulcerative colitis, can reduce the average heal-ing time, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve treatment efficiency. Therefore it should be used more widely in clinical work.
