西地那非治疗先天性心脏病合并肺高压的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探究在先天性心脏病疾病,同时患有肺高压疾病患者的临床治疗中,采用西地那非药物进行治疗,其临床应用效果分析。方法随机选取2012年8月—2014年10月该院收治的60例先天性心脏病合并肺高压疾病病人作为研究对象,将60例病人随机划分为实验组和对比组,每组各30例,对比组病人采取传统方式实施治疗,实验组病人则在采取传统方式实施治疗的同时,对其实施西地那非药物治疗,比较两组病人临床疗效。结果实验组病人在采取传统方式实施治疗的同时,对其实施西地那非药物治疗后,病人在氧合指数、体动脉压、血氧分压、心脏指标及肺动脉压方面分别为(261.3±40.5)、(79.6±5.9)mm Hg、(83.7±3.3)mm Hg、(3.9±1.6)L/(min·m2和(33.2±15.3)mm Hg,对比组病人在以上方面分别为(228.5±39.7)、(85.1±8.8)mm Hg、(65.6±2.8)mm Hg、(2.9±0.8)L/(min·m2和(53.5±17.8)mm Hg,实验组病人在以上指标上明显好于对比组,存在显著差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在先天性心脏病疾病,同时患有肺高压疾病病人的临床治疗中,采用西地那非药物进行治疗,具有良好的治疗效果,其能显著的提升病人的心脏机能,极大的降低病人的肺动脉压力,提升病人的身体健康状况。Objective To explore the curative effect of sildenafil in the treatment of patients with congenital heart disease combined with pulmonary hypertension. Methods 60 patients with congenital heart disease combined with pulmonary hypertension admitted in the our hospital between August 2012 and October 2012 were selected as the research object and randomly assigned to the experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group underwent conventional therapy, while those in the experimental group were treated with sildenafil based on the conventional therapy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Of the patients in the experimental group, the indicators including oxygenation index, arterial pressure, blood oxygen partial pressure, cardiac index, and pulmonary artery pressure after treatment were （261.3±40.5）,（79.6± 5.9）mmHg, （83.7±3.3）mmHg, （3.9±1.6）L/（min·m^2）,（33.2±15.3）mmHg, respectively , while those of the patients in the control group were （228.5±39.7）, （85.1±8.8）mmHg, （65.6±2.8）mmHg, （2.9±0.8）L/（min·m^2）,（53.5±17.8）mmHg, respectively. In terms of the indicators above, the experimental group was superior to the control group, and there were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of sildenafil in the treatment of patients with congenital heart disease combined with pulmonary hypertension is remarkable, which can significantly improve the heart function and greatly reduce the pulmonary artery pressure thus improve the patient＇s physical health.
