重复性流产患者心理护理的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨重复性流产患者实施心理护理干预的临床效果。方法整群选取2014年1—12月该院符合标准的重复人流患者84例,按照护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组42例;对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理干预,观察两组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分、疼痛程度及患者的满意度。结果两组患者护理后,临床护理质量均有改善,但观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分、疼痛程度及人工流产综合征发生率显著优于对照组患者,观察组患者的满意度96.3%显著优于对照组的70.4%,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重复性流产患者实施心理护理干预,有效的改善了患者的负面情绪,降低了术后并发症的发生率,提高了患者的满意度,促进了临床治疗效果,同时减少了护患纠纷率,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effects of mental nursing intervention in patients with habitual abortion. Methods 84 patients met the criteria of habitual abortion admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected and di-vided into observation group and control group in accordance with different nursing methods, 42 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing; the observation group adopted the mental nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing. The SAS and SDS scores, pain degree and level of patient satisfaction of two groups were observed. Results After nursing, the clinical nursing quality was improved in both groups. The SAS and SDS scores, pain degree and incidence rate of induced abortion syndrome of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, respectively;the level of patient satisfac-tion of observation group （96.3%） was significantly higher than that of control group （70.4%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with habitual abortion, the mental nursing intervention has an obvious effect, which can efficiently improve the patients＇ negative emo-tion, reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications, improve the level of patient satisfaction, promote the clinical effect, and reduce the incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
