海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤120例围术期护理要点探析

摘　　要：目的分析使用海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤患者120例的围手术期护理要点,并观察其护理效果。方法选自2013年6月—2014年10月,在该院使用海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤的患者120例,将其随机分2组,每组60例。两组子宫肌瘤患者,都给予常规护理,观察组再联合围术期针对性护理。观察两组患者的临床病情症状和生命体征、患者的子宫体积及肌瘤,测评患者对护理的满意程度。结果观察组子宫肌瘤患者的总满意程度是93.33%,高于对照组73.33%,对比两组子宫肌瘤患者之间,经过不同的方式护理后,患者对护理的满意程度差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.6400,P=0.0033)。结论在子宫肌瘤的患者使用海扶刀治疗期间,采取围术期针对性护理,能够对治疗起到有效的辅助作用,还能获得患者对护理较高的满意程度评价。Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing points for 120 patients with uterine fibroids treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound and observe the nursing effect. Methods 120 cases with uterine fibroids treated by high-intensity focused ultra-sound in our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each. Both groups were given the conventional nursing, in addition, the observation group were given the perioperative targeted nursing. The clinical symptoms, vital signs, volume of uterus and uterine fibroids of the two groups were observed. And patients＇ satisfaction with nursing of both groups was assessed. Results The overall level of nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group （93.33% vs 73.33%） with statistically significant difference （χ^2=8.6400, P=0.0033）. Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound, perioperative targeted nursing can play an effective auxiliary function, and it can obtain a higher level of patient satisfaction.
