疏肝化痰消癖散与乳块消片治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的比较疏肝化痰消癖散[1]与乳块消片[2]治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症的疗效。方法随机选取该院2012年9月—2014年10月收治的肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症[3]患者80例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组采用疏肝化痰消癖散进行治疗,对照组采用乳块消片进行治疗。观察两组患者的病情好转情况,统计治愈率和总有效率。结果经过统计分析后,治疗组采用疏肝化痰消癖散进行治疗的总有效率为80%,对照组采用乳块消片进行治疗的总有效率为70%,治疗组总体有效率高于治疗组的10.0%。两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间都没有发生严重不良反应,主要是轻微的消化道反应,患者可以忍受。结论治疗组的治愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,疏肝化痰消癖散治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效明显,同时病情不易复发,不良反应小,适用于乳腺增生患者的临床治疗。Objective To compare the clinical effects between Shugan Huatan Xiaopi powder [1] and Rukuaixiao Tablets [2] for treat-ment of cyclomastopathy of the stagnation of liver Qi type.Methods 80 patients with cyclomastopathy of the stagnation of liver Qi type [3] admitted in our hospital from September 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with Shugan Huatan Xiaopi powder, while those in the treatment group were treated with Rukuaixiao tablets. The changes of illness of the two groups were observed, and cure rate and total effective rate were recorded. Results The statistical analysis showed that, the total effective rate of the treatment group, 80%, was 10.0%higher than that of the control group, 70%, and that there was statistically significant difference between them（P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reaction but mild gastrointestinal reactions which can be tolerated were found in the two groups during treatment. The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Shugan Huatan Xiaopi powder for treatment of cyclomastopathy of the stagnation of liver Qi type is bet-ter, which is of less adverse reaction and by which there are less recurrences, and which is suitable for clinical treatment.
