摘　　要：为了稳定控制成纱质量,消除机械波,介绍粗纱工序机械波的分类及产生原因,根据FA423A型粗纱机传动图计算各部件产生机械波的波长,分析了粗纱工序几种特殊机械波产生的原因,提出生产中消除机械波的预防措施,给出了分析粗纱工序机械波的基本方法及分析过程中的注意事项。指出,要重视对粗纱工序机械波的分析,做到具体观察、分析、跟踪试验,在实践中总结积累经验,达到稳定控制成纱质量的目的。In order to stablize yarn quality control, eliminating the mechanical wave,introduction is made to the classification of mechanical wave in the roving process and the reasons thereof. According to the transmission diagram of the roving frame FA423A,the wavelength of the me- chanical wave with the parts is calculated. Analysis is done to some special mechanical waves with the roving process, and the precaution is given against the same in the production. Some methods are given in analyzing the mechanical waves in the roving process and the cautions thereof. It is pointed out that seriously attention should be paid in mechanical wave in roving process. Concrete observation, analysis and following test are needed in experience collection so to have a good control of yarn quality.
